We want your bow ties to reach you quickly and in perfect shape. Here’s how our shipping works.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates & free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $40. For orders under $40, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout before you pay. You’ll always see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

Delivery times

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier.

International shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at info@bowtieguyllc.com.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is lost in transit, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, reach out to us at info@bowtieguyllc.com and we’ll make it right. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is wrong.

Shipping is a flat $4.90, or free on orders of $40 or more. in270 items ship to US addresses only, for now.
